I regret being a Johnny come lately on this issue as with others.  But wanted to weigh-in with my support for this reply.  Any lack of enforcement of the bylaws or non-uniform treatment of violators undermines our neighbors willingness to comply.  This in turn will lead to more eyesores that degrade the communitie's property values.
