DEEDS AND RESTRICTIONS

Just a reminder about our community and the Deeds and Restrictions. We all moved into this community knowing that there were rules that each owner needed to abide by.
The Board of the Homeowner Assoc. has the responsibility of enforcing those rules.
We do not have any personal vendetta when we have a letter written because there has been a violation of the rules. We all are asked to keep our properties as close to original shape as possible.
When we find a violation, we send a letter. If the problem is not fixed, we send another letter. Our rule is after the 3rd letter and we have not gotten a response, we turn it over to the lawyer to request that the violation be taken care of. Since the lawyer charges to write these letters, this cost will be passed on to the owner. It is not the responsibility of the whole community to pay the cost of others that chose to ignore the rules.
The property values in our subdivision keep rising and we need to keep things looking the best it can be. The Board works hard to make sure that the entrance is inviting and we need to have each and everyone in the subdivision, keep their property up to the standard.
The Board hopes that you all understand that we are just trying to abide by the rules.
