I have further comments on the Proposed Handbook for Unit Owners for the Crest of Hershey.
I agree with the various prohibitions of such things as hanging out laundry and other restrictions involving landscaping and alterations, but I also feel strongly that there should be a prohibition on exhibiting unnecessary signs, such as political signs and more than one "For Sale" or "For Rent" signs in front of a unit being offered for sale or for rent. Excessive or unnecessary signs are just as objectionable as haning out laundry or protruding air conditioners from windows. If there are no prohibitions, all sorts of offensive signs can be displayed at the whim of any unit owner. In my opinion it is vital that rules involving display of signage must be addressed in the Handbook for Unit Owners of the Crest of Hershey.
I also feel the procedures for the nomination and electionof Association Board Members should be included for the information of all Unit Owners.
