Crestmoor Dues Increase

Crestmoor Neighbors:

At the January 11, 2006 special membership meeting the membership voted to increase the dues from $25 to $75 per year for 2006 only. After much discussion and spirited debate, the consensus of the meeting was that a timely evaluation should be done by the board of the effectiveness of the security service and patrols before a decision is made to continue with the dues increase and patrols in 2007.

If the board wishes to recommend a continuation of the service and thus a continued dues increase, such increase would have to be approved by the members at a duly called membership meeting.

Dues notices will be mailed in the next few weeks. Your board appreciates the opportunity to serve you and will continuously evaluate the security service.

Please don’t forget that Community Covenant Services is offering the open garage door program and, with your permission (call them at 303-552-9027), they will notify you at night if they see your garage door open.
