The Crestridge Homeowners Association -Architectural Control Committee
Last year a special Crestridge form was implemented to help simplify the request process, this particular form helped with the most frequent concerns in regards to the recorded covenants, and conditions.

Guidelines For Approval of Projects

1. The request must be in accordance with the recorded covenants, and conditions of the Associations Architectural Control Committee.

2. The ACC shall determine the complexity of the entire request submitted. Approval and rejection of requests for any improvement shall be the sole discretion of the ACC Committee.

3. The committee shall have the express authority to perform their duties and shall have the power to construe and interpret any covenant herein that is vague, indefinite and uncertain.

4. Resident would need to submit the front portion of this form to the ACC Committee for review, including a copy of the PLOT DIAGRAM(PLAN), a drawing of the project and measurements of it's location, and brief description of the type of materials used. Example: lumber, brick, colors and design etc.

5. The ACC has thirty (30) calendar days to respond. This time frame starts when request is received by the Chairperson Architectural Control Committee and not when the request is mailed.

6. The members of the ACC committee shall not be liable to any group or person subject to or possessing or claiming the benefits of the restrictive covenants for any damage or injury to property or for damage or loss arising out of their acts hereunder.

7. Place request in the drop off box next to the mail box on Bending Crest street.

8. If the owners wish not to submit, there is no other reasonable way to comply. It will be a Deeds violation and the Board’s decision to do what's needed to resolve the issue with that specific owner.
