One of the biggest advantages Crestview Condominiums have over other condos in Metrowest is that they do not have to contribute to the Metrowest Master Association, and are not governed by them. This is a huge advantage to the Association in that they are independent and all monies paid in dues are used for the benefit or the owners.

All decisions are made by the board and cannot be overriden or influence by another board, as in Metrowest.

This factor can mean maintaining reasonable association fees.
