Scooter , a yellow tabby, came to the home of Melodie Garneau and Helen Anthony around Christmas, 2000. Scooter and his litter mates had been abandoned in a cardboard box outside of Classen View Veterinary Clinic.
He was a tiny ball of fur when he first joined their household, but soon found his appetite and is now a ?“big fat boy?”. He?’s all fluff, though. He would rather spend the evening lounging on the lap of someone trying to read the newspaper than hunting mice or defending his back yard.
Many rescued cats have made their way through the Garneau/Anthony household. Scooter is one of the few who came to stay
