Reasons why 21st Street has the best neighbors ever:
    1) If you can smell something grilling, chances are you are invited to dinner.
    2) If you go out of town you'll get your lawn mowed for free.
    3) If your pets are 'missing', most likely they are just visiting the neighbors who are grilling.
    4) Between us, we own just about every movie ever made.
    5) Dittos for music CD's
    6) Multiple useful talents: decorate painting, custom catering, party throwing, babysitting, scooter rides, tree-stump carving and much, much more.
