Thanks for your concern and willingness to discuss the issue. The weather is changing now and we will all have a chance to get out and be in our yards, hopefully adding to the property value thing.  I have recently started a health walking thing that takes me through our entire neighborhood and have stopped several times to talk to a number of neighbors that I wouldn' have normally had the opportunity to speak with.  Great experience, learning lots.  We all have the opportunity this June to meet and get to know our neighbors from one end of the complex to the other.  Our annual garage sale is this June, I would like to propose that we all walk the neighborhood and greet our neighbors and introduce ourselves in hopes that we can become a more tightly bound federation that can dialogue about issues in our particular community.  Who knows, we might actually resolve something.
