Thanks Kirkm. At least we now have a person to "watch" for. And Im not saying EVERYONE does, but there's a lot of temptation for a "young theif" in our community. Lots of our neighbors on another street does nothing to avoid crime. They lay crap in full view in yards, open sheds, toys out front, bikes, and not to mention plain junk round homes. I wish our "board workers" could find a way of sending fliers on this subject. Ive witnessed stuff in some yards for 3 weeks! And junk on curb for same time.What's hard about calling bulk? Laziness? Or putting materials away, & shutting shed doors? AVOID CRIME......... HELP OURSELVES!!!!!!!

I do not understand why people are not looking into security systems for their homes ? They are reasonably priced and well worth having !!! This would certainly deter our criminal. He apparently knows who has them and who does not. Too much has happened here. Thanks for the description, I believe we have seen him and another young caucasion teen with him walking the streets late at night.
