These kids, if from the community, are troubled and need psychological help.
This community has too, too many destructive youth with an appetite for aggressive, violent behavior. When caught. their shameful adult guardians (that's whose fault it is) should be made an example of, made to pay penalties for their own culpable, non-supervisory behavior. Leave your children alone to damage property of others? Then pay the costs. Penalties should be rendered in real dollars plus compulsory community service.

Dear Homeowners, The Police were called to report vandalism at Storm Water Pond on North Gabriel. It has been reported that there are a group of teenagers possibly living in the Development throwing the stones at the concrete structure causing damage to the walls. These stones were lining the pond embankment to prevent soil erosion into the pond and now will have to be replaced . This whole act will cost the Development an estimated $2000.00 to repair and/or replace. It is $2000.00 that you and your Maintenance Corporation can not afford. We all share in the expense done by this deed and during these troubled times, it could bring hardship to some homeowners to increase their annual dues. It has been further reported that these same individuals have thrown the stones at cars causing considerable damage. We need your help in putting a stop to these costly incidences. If you see anyone near the ponds, please call the police....this will continue until they are caught. As always we appreciate your fullest cooperation, Board of Estates of Red Lion Maintenance Corporation |
