If he pulled and pointed a gun whay haven't you called the police to have him arrested for endangerment? If he is going to do that when all you are doing is talking then when will the little phsyco snap and shoot someone? We do not need that type of person in our neighborhoods and near a [ark where kids play. Get him out now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The police did come and spoke to my daughter as well as me and spoke to him as well.  I was told that my daughter should not have gone there late at night or even at all to speak with the man.   As I see it,  there is nothing I can do but make sure we do not go anywhere near that man's house.  My daughter and my family are even afraid to go to the park now.     

What will he do when we have the neighborhood night out party at the park?  there is usually a bounce house, food, tents, SWAT cars, and lots of families that make loud noise.  I wonder if he's the one that shot the horse back there on the trails and left it to die and rot.  Police, Animal Control and the Humane Society said they couldn't do anything about it because it was "private property" so they just left the carcass out there with maggots and horrible smell.

My husband and I found a dead carcass behind our house and called about it, and we were told it wasn't "human remains" so they left it there to, but I'll be damned if someone can get away riding a 4-wheeler or dirt bike.
