***ATTENTION***

Please be aware of vehicles or people that you do not know.  Keep a note pad around you at all times.  If you are out for a walk, bring a note pad in your pocket.  Put a note pad in your car so it will be available and keep a note pad handy by the door of your home.

  If you see a vehicle that looks suspicious...look at the people in the car, and note their descriptions, note the make, model, color, and most of all note the tag number.
