I'd like to report that the wheels and lid of my City of Dallas trash can have been removed in the alleyway behind the 2600 block of Millmar. There was also someone else's trash dumped in the can. I'm not sure if someone actually removed the lid and wheels from my can or just switched it out with a lidless and wheelless can of their own. Needless to say, it's not something that's very serious, just annoying and seemingly pointless.
