I just wanted to let people know there have been atleast 3 car break-ins in the past 2 weeks in our neighborhood. I have a friend that lives in the subdivision on the other side of obetz rd and they have also had a few in the past few weeks. It does look to be teenagers that are doing it. I just wanted everyone to keep a eye out.

Thanks for the info.  I didn't know about the car break-ins but was aware there was a home break-in/theft on Hackworth.   We really need to be alert and watch what's going on in our neighborhood.  It would be nice if we could eventually catch them in the act so they could be arrested and we could feel safer in our homes.  So far that hasn't happened even though they (4 of them) had been seen looking in windows prior to the break-in on Hackworth and the police were called about it.
