What degree of black was this robber, I'm doing research and I have found the blacker the individual, the more crime they commit.

 A unique observation I will see if Coopers will post pics on their thief of the month club picture board..Also one must consider the number of chains around neck, red or black backwards ball cap, and if photo was taken while either suspects were on cell phones. Interesting  is there a learning curve here? Bottom line be careful at Coopers parking lot
