Outer Loop Apartments

There is an apartment complex planned for the undeveloped area to the left of the plaza that contains ValuMarket. The complex is planned to include 216 apartments in 11 buildings that will be 3 stories tall. There are 350 parking spaces planned for the units.

This plan will greatly increase the traffic on a very small stretch of Outer Loop right outside our neighborhood.
