  • Respect-O-Meter: Valued Neighbor
I understand that there has been a problem with non-residents fishing in our ponds. I have never seen anyone outside of my immediate neighbors in the pond that is in back of the Creekshore Lane cul-de-sac and Creekshore Drive. Now, I have a terribly ugly and tacky sign in my backyard that states no fishing, boating or swimming is allowed in the pond. It completely ruins our view..it looks like a no parking sign and stands relatively tall. There was no need for this sign at our pond. I have lived here almost 3 years, and I have never seen anyone go swimming or boating, and the residents are allowed to fish. The residents were not contacted about these signs, and I think that Kirkpatrick Management or the Homeowners Association should have notified us. I have tried calling Kirkpatrick Management, but my phone calls are not returned.
**Please let them know how you feel. I have no problems with signs being posted by roads....but NOT IN BACKYARDS!
