Prepare Dues letter for next year. Put liens on delinquent properties.
Hold AGM, present budget. Discuss detention pond, fence and wall needs?

Send dues letter on 30th for receipt January 1st
Prepare newsletter content for mailing with dues letter.
Send Newsletter with minutes of AGM to homeowners
