Hi, my name is Bea Artigliere, I am in escrow with a unit in Cross Creek Village. The loan is an FHA loan, meaning it needs an FHA approval. On Thursday last week the FHA withdrew its approval status for Cross Creek Village, because the HOA did not supply the needed paperwork that they had requested in February this year 2011.
We have been trying to help Latoya, the manager of HOA, but she has not been helpful, she is not taking phone calls. All we basically need is a board member to sign the bylaws. Everything else is paperwork that we can get.
Can someone tell me how to contact the board member. This is a matter of urgency, because otherwise, several sales in this unit must be cancelled. This will result in more property value decline for everyone in the complex.
