Just a couple of questions, hopefully someone has the right answers?
1.) Isn't Cross Keys a single family development - meaning that you cant basically have multiple families or make a house into an apartment (full of college students)
2.) Why doesnt the POA enforce covenants, such as, maintaining front and side yards.
This situation continually occurs at a particular address on Putting Green Drive!
