Crossroads Area HOA

I know most of you have recieved a letter from Eagle Crest, Garden Manor, Tyrone Landings, and The Real Enviromental Preserve Our Parks Inc. Little to no information about our neighborhood or its representitives is factual. Yes we did have opposition to Sembler's porposal at the Rib City Meeting but the flyer fails to mention that we had a later meeting in December at the public Library. At this meeting Sembler proposed an updated plan to which most ,not all, of the attending members liked the plan. However at no time was the membership or the board of directors commital to support or opposition to the plan. The flyer that was sent to you states differently, don't believe it. The membership that sent you this flyer is strongly commited to foiling the plan by any means possible. They have and will continue to use every dirty trick they can to win their case. The Real Environmental Preserve Our Parks Inc. is an organization made up of 3 people and only 1 person is using the name without the permission of the other 2, furthermore the person using the name is not even the president of the organization.
The flyer also states that the Publix at the Market Place Shopping center is going to close, this is untrue, there is no commitment by Publix to CLOSE any store to build a new one. Lastly the flyer states that I, president of the neighborhood association, claim that we as a neighborhood support the plan. AT NO TIME HAVE I EVER STATED SUCH but I will go on record to say I will support what ever the neighborhood wants. Please vote your heart and not some propaganda laced with half truths and outright lies
