Hello from my family to yours,
Here we sit once again. By the time you are reading this we should of had our annual meeting with elections, and the issuing of park access cards. If you have not received your card by this time please contact the management company for issuance.
Once again the park was hit by graffiti, 90% of which has been removed. I hoping that once the park is used on a regular basis it will be to risky for the taggers - we can all hope can't we. The last time I was removing graffiti my kids were running around the park and when they attempted to leave, they discovered they were locked in (it was after 9 pm). Please remember the gate automatically locks at 9 p.m (as I forgot).
After release the kids from the vehicle gate I headed home, and no sooner then walking in the door Mary Helen called me from the parkland stating that a homeowner had called saying
their was a car in the parking lot with it's lights on (they were lighting up the entrance gate as we repainted them) and kids were runinning in the park. I explained that it was me, and I was very happy that someone called - - thank you. The next day person(s) unknown had ripped off two sections of the entrance sign. It didn't take much, but a tempary repair has been. Interested in designing a new entrance sign???
The Park Planning Committee is currently considering placing park lights as the next phase to protect our investments.
A dumpster and port-a-potty has been placed on
the park grounds for your use. If they don't appear in their proper condition please call the management company so they may be maintained.
