On the February 11, 2006, there was a rather large grass fire big enough for three of the board members to investigate, and ensure it was not on of our home owner?’s residences. There was a report of a child?’s bicycle at the end of Ingram Road, and the possibility of children playing out in the field. Fire fighters at the scene believe the fire was started by a vagrant?’s camp fire which got out of control. Luckily, the San Antonio Fire Department showed when they did and put out the fire before it made it to some of the communities?’ back yards.

The construction at the intersection of MG Rd and Micron Dr is a duplex community. As of this point, I do not know the number of units, but the board will place a call to District 6. I would also like to determine if any of our homeowners received a notice from the city prior to the start of construction.
