CVHCA Committee Updates

Ever wonder why and how certain decisions about our community are made? Ever wish you could provide some input? Now is your chance! There are several committee positions available right now and we need your help to make this neighborhood the best it can be! Architectural Committee
Meets: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM (30 minutes prior to monthly Board meeting)
Tips for submitting architectural change requests: The committee
meets the 2nd Tuesday of each at 6:30 PM month. All requests submitted one week prior to this day will be reviewed by the committee.
If you miss the deadline and need your request reviewed, or if you need to speak with the committee about any other concerns, please attend the meeting. An open forum begins promptly at 6:30 PM. You can get a copy of the Approval Form at WWW.CVHCA.COM or call Jack Williams at 714-891-1522 ext. 214.

Communications Committee

Function: The goal of this committee is offer information of neighborhood importance on a regular and timely basis. This is to be accomplished via a newsletter, website and other avenues such as special mailings and news via email.

Facilities Committee

Please e-mail with your interest to join this committee.

Landscape Committee

Meets: 1st Friday of the month @ 7 am


Traffic and Safety

Meets: Tentatively scheduled for 3rd Thurs of even months @ 7 pm
Function: To review and offer solutions to any potential traffic or safety issues in our neighborhood. To provide neighborhood watch meetings as well as other safety related information. More news next issue or on the web.

Bridge Committee

Based on recent unanimous vote against the bridge, this committee is no longer necessary. As of the May 8th Board meeting, this committee has been dissolved.

APPROVED ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES

OBJECTIVES

?·Maintain the Architectural Character of the Crown Valley Highlands Community Association (CVHCA) consistent with the CC&R?’s.
?·Maintain, and to the extent practical, enhance property values within the CVHCA.
?·Provide Consistent standards for approvals by the Architectural Committee on behalf of the CVHCA?’s Board of Directors.
