What a shame that some of the Crystal Lake Homeowners don`t care about their properties. They won`t even show up to meet their neighbors and share FREE pizza or participate in the homeowners garage sale.Trash is thrown everywhere and only removed when the wind is strong enough to blow it to someone elses yard or into the lake. Beer cans are more abundant than flowers. Mostlawns and yards are unkept. I propose the Crystal Lake Homeowners Association assess a fine to all those that do not follow the Association bylaws. It has been done at other Homeowners associations and may provide some relief for we that do care about our neighborhood.

How obvious

How obvious can it be, that when a discussion message is posted on July 16th and the date is now Aug.8 and no one even posted a reply, that the origional title '' nobody Cares'' couldn`t be truer. Its very obvious that the present board doesn`t care, since bringing many discrepacies to their attention, and can`t even get a reply. Hope everybody is now pleased that the trees are about dead and the pond and surrounding area looks like a trash dump.

I understand

Yes, that is the state of most neighborhoods. You have indivduals that buy homes and dont take care of them. It really doesnt make sense to me that is why we use code enforcement and other methods to get our point across about maintainance and upkeep.
