Suggest we rename Crystal Lake , since its always full of trash, rats and snakes, I suggest it should be called Garbage Lake.

I have pleaded for 3 years to the Homeowners Association with no results to get the lake cleaned up and notify homeowners when breaking the Crystal Lake written rules, only to be put off with the answer from Mr. Hickey that OUR attorney said that the rules cannot be inforced. If somone is not abiding by by Garland City Codes, its MY responsiblity to notify the city. Why do we pay dues and receive nothing in return?
