Hello, I am sure this topic has been discussed before but I would appreciate some guidance. Our new neighbors have two very large dogs to the best of our knowledge do not let in the house and keep in the garage. Many times they just let the dogs stay outside and bark continuously as they bark to be let back into the garage. Our neighbors ignore this barking. On one morning this started at 8am and continued until 1030 am since I could not take the barking anymore and sent a text message to the owner to please let his dogs in. After one more hour he finally had his wife do this and he sent me a short message back that said his wife let them in. After this encounter they have been very distant from us and no communication. The dogs still continue to be let out and bark for long periods begging to be let back into the garage. We have a dog and are dog lovers. We do not let our dog do this. What kind of recourse do I have? Probably nothing? Concerned home owner
