Wyandottes going broke fast

incentives

Incentives for a job well done are the way to go, set goals for your employees and if and when they reach said goal they get the extras, It works, of course goals have to be realistic. Some positions are very over paid, all one should hope for when doing a job is to be paid a fair wage that allows one to raise a family and save a few bucks for later life and enjoy some of the good things in life, putting all else aside, the city needs to manage it's budgit and pay employees accorddingly and fairly,. build for boaters.

Ive read posts about a river front marina built in wyandotte, that sounds like a great idea. Water frontage is a limited resource that we are fortunate to have, we should use it wisely. the river is an international waterway that gets alot of trafic since wyandotte is in a sence land locked on the river side, it may be a resource that is waiting to be taped into. I say boaters welcome, and bring your walletts. This kind of construction makes more sence than clock towers, monuments, or most of the useless stuff useally built with tax dollars

I agree!

I have to agree with this one. I can not figure out how anyone, concil and the general manager at m.s. included, can justify this man's salary and position. From what I hear the guy is not important or even needed and does not work well with the other departments. I say get rid of him and save the city over 100,000 right there.
