CHILDREN SAFETY AND BICYCLES

Not wearing helmets and riding in the streets

We have been seeing a lot of young children riding their bikes in the streets and on the sidewalks without helmets. For safety, please stop a child and let them know if they have a helmet they should be wearing them. If not they should at least be on the sidewalks to stay away from some of the speeding vehicles who speed frequently down Hudson Street and Pine Valley Rd.

Let the parents know if you see a child on one of these streets especially as we are trying to find ways to stop the SPEEDING in our community.
