Cumberland Ridge Civic Association

thank-you

The new crca officers was asked to go out side the bi-law in a mediation case by the past officers. These old officers resigned after crca residents found out about the proposed deed resriction changes filed with out do legal process or crca input. One good thing about it all is the new crca officers have had a chance to hear from cumberland ridge residents. The biggest change for the cumberland ridge civic association is that everyone has a voice and a vote not just a few or one. We (crca) still has a long way to go, but with the support of it's residents we can become stronger and more productive than ever. We cannot let a few (past officers) keep us down, we have come too far to give in or give up.

For the record

As my actions and not reactions speaks for itself, once again it is the ''POSITIVE'' work I continue to do for those Cumberland Ridge and northeast residents who feel that their 1st priority is maintaining our investments which is our homes. ''NEGATIVE'' brings about no change or recourse. I am always willing and able to help others who are appreciative in addressing those issues that will continue to have a negative impact on where we live.
