I have been trying to keep an eye out on the usage at the basketball courts. Is it just me or has the ''issue'' gone away? My wife is in and out during the day and I am home after 5:30 and we have not seen a thing.

I was just thinking I have not had any complaints for a few weeks- maybe they all got the word we were considering removal. |

Basketball Courts still an issue
My wife and two children were at the pool this evening. A teenager of one of the home owners had several guests at the pool and Basketball courts. They had rap music blaring with all types of bad language. They reluctantly turned the music off after we had a confrontation. My question is why aren't the rules posted on the wall so it is blatently obvious how many ''guest'' can be at the swim and tennis of child of a homeowner. At the basketball court we found the same thing. One teenager of a home owner with about 10 guests. Oddly enough the children of the home owners seem to be understanding it is their friends that are creating the problems. Without a sign posted at the pool outining the rules of conduct enforcing them is very difficult. |

Basketball courts
As I emailed , pool rules are being drafted as we speak- it is not posted because there is no limit of how many guest a resident can have- covenants are on this site. I am making effort to amend with several other items renters, guest, caregivers, renting of pool- several things at the same time as it is very costly to get a attorney to amend. I have also contacted Gwinett County Police on there COPS program- I am just guiding but if homeowners don't step up soon these things will not be helpful- we need 75%(150 homeowners) of the community or we can not participate in program. So things are coming which is better than nothing. Sorry you had to be in that situation but unfortunatly it is always something. By Amy |
