Our Association, one of Tempe?’s oldest, was founded in 1987. Today, thirteen years later, more than 45 neighborhood associations and 60 homeowners associations compete for available Tempe resources. To compete effectively our neighborhood must prioritize goals, reach a general consensus and then speak with a single voice.

Membership is open to all residents (owners and renters). The association gives you the chance to find out what's going on in our neighborhood and to make your voice heard. Our meetings are an opportunity for long-time residents to meet the new neighbors. And, for new neighbors, the meetings are an opportunity to learn about our issues, responsibilities and the community. Please join us!
