Daley Park Neighborhood is 192 diverse, single-family homes. Our boundaries: the railroad tracks to Broadway Road and College to Rural. Our association is the second oldest in Tempe and has been a vital part of the neighborhood's improvement and preservation. We have made a difference:

-Condemned unsafe house property
-Closed streets with landscaped barriers to prevent short cut traffic
-Reduced noise with screen wall along Rural Road
-Discouraged ASU student parking with permit enforcement

We know there are other issues that need positive change; things that threaten the quality of our neighbor?’s lives, the security and safety of our streets and park, and the value of our homes. We strive to educate ourselves about the issues, reach a general consensus and then speak with a single voice.
