Progress on the Rural/Encanto Storm Water Flooding!

The city has retained the firm of Brooks, Hersey Associates to perform the study of the flooding problem along our eastern boundary including the intersection at Rural and Broadway. The intent of the study is to identify the most cost- effective solution. Design work should begin in March and construction should be finished before the next monsoon season.
