Ventura Street Neighborhood Watch Coordinators, Peter and Mary Killeen recently hosted a Saturday morning "coffee and bagels" at their newly landscaped home. The neighbors reviewed ways to help prevent speeding, burglaries and other neighborhood crimes. Most home burglaries occur during the day and early evening hours, when alert neighbors could spot the thieves and call police. Our thanks to the Killeens for being "neighbors who watch out for neighbors".
