This is a proposal to utilize e-mail to
voice concerns about conditions/events
in the City of Garland. The Garland Homeowner's Coalition would put in place
the necessary staff to review this space on a daily basis and attempt to find an answer to legitimate questions on an expedited basis. This would necessitate a commitment from a)GHC, b)City Staff c) Each Homeowners/Neighborhood Assoc..
