I have a street light that is not working.  What do I do?

Please go to the non-functioning street light and obtain the number from the pole (posted near eye level) and then call Ameren UE at 1-800-552-7583 to advise them that the light is out.  They usually come out with 24 hours.  Thanks for helping with this!

What is the maximum length of grass allowed for a residence lawn?

Lawns in excess of 8" violate our covenants.

My garage is too full and my garbage and recycling bins just won't fit.  Can't I just put them in front of my garage or on the side of my house?

No.  All garbage containers must be located or screened so as not be visible from neighboring lots and streets.

I have a boat or a trailer that I routinely use.  Can't I just park it on my driveway?

We do not have a problem if you have a non-approved vehicle parked in your driveway for a day or two because you are cleaning it or unloading it.  However, these items MUST be moved within 48 hours.  You may store any vehicles in the confines of your garage with no restrictions.

I want to take my dog for a walk in the neighborhood.  Do I really have to pick up after him?
