We had terrible experience with COMCAST ............ We had the "bundled service" and everything was affected when their service was "down" ............... They would not adjust our billing for affected days of lost service, either.
I finally got fed up with this ridiculous situation and switched off COMCAST. Also, their billing was messed up half the time. The final blow was when they came out with this little device that had to be hooked up to each and every TV in the house, it was some kind of de-scrambler device and most of them did not work .............. Terrible, terrible business model and service ...................... They are what comes to mind of what should be in the dictionary or on-line definition of "lousy business" .............. they should be run out of town and it is a shame that the Memphis market does not offer other TV CABLE services such as what could be found in other "metropolitan cities" .................... Disgusted with Comcast and their lousy business, will never use them again ......................
