Davies Plantation Homeowners Association

I am concerned with the crime in Davies Plantation.  I was told that the Bartlett Police says we have the highest crime rate in Bartlett and one of the main reasons is that it is so dark.  Cars cannot even be seen if following behind us coming home as our area is so dark at night. The City of Bartlett says that the reason we do not have street lights when we went into the city limits is that the Davies Plantation Homeowners Associations stated they did not want them.  I am not speaking but for myself, but I would love to get them.  I know they may not look as good as having no street lights, but the value of our homes is going to go down if the crime rate in our area continues and we are known to be high in a high rise area  for crime.
