Housing Docket (Properties With Code Violations)

What is it?

Employees from the City's Building & Inspections Department regularly conduct physical inspections of the housing stock. In the event a property is in a code violation, a citation is issued against the property owner. The property owner has a certain amount of time to comply.

If you would like your voice to be heard (in court) and in order to give a community member the opportunity to provide information to Judges prior to sentencing, the Neighborhood Impact Statement was created.

Quality of Life: Explain how the quality of life in your neighborhood has been affected by this crime.
