Sooo appreciate the "Deed Restiction Sheet". BUT... who enforces it? My neighbor has 3 violations, 2 of which I called 311. Only to be referred to phone numbers after phone numbers. I don't understand the Gov. 311 number, seems they "pass the buck". Ive decided to just do & live on our property as others, whatever they want, whether it bothers my neighbor or not! But again Grove, thanks for posting the sheet.
