Homeowners Assn. Soon to "Take Over"

Community Soon to be ?“Turned Over?” to Homeowners Assn.
According to Susan Platner, Community Manager for DV Estates (Coventry & Engle), the neighborhoods will be turned over to the HOA in April or May 2000. This is when a majority of homes are completed & occupied (Both Coventry & Engle Homes will make up our Homeowners Association community).
Notice will be forthcoming from the HOA setting an annual meeting date and soliciting for board representatives. The rules state there will be no less than three; no more than seven homeowners on the Board.
