To the residents of Del Oro Groves, I think we all can agree we live in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Clearwater area. We?’re lucky to live here. Would you like to help keep it that way? The Board needs help; we need volunteers. Eventually some long time members, who have done it all for many years, will retire. When this happens, we?’ll need people to fill the gap. If no one steps up, this neighborhood could fall into a steady decline. I for one do not want this to happen! We have it pretty good compared to other Deed Restricted areas with our low Association dues, the picnic and yard sales?—not to mention all the amenities. Some other Deed Restricted communities have had to have independent firms come in. The dues and the rules were increased and strictly enforced. Do we really want someone making decisions for our neighborhood that doesn't even live here? We can?’t let this happen.
