I have listed addresses of all outstanding homeowner fees. You can find the list from our page listed as: "Unpaid Homeowner Fees". Our present checkbook balance is $641.16. Once July's mowing and our post office box rental fee is subtracted from that, there will not be enough to maintain the common ground belonging to all homeowners. There will only be 2 choices left for next month: no mowing at all will be able to be done after August OR stop mowing the access lot and detention area to try and keep the entrances maintained . It's all up to those people that have not paid their fees to pony-up their share of the maintainence. Luckily, some homeowners in the community are responsible and pay their fees faithfully which has kept the grounds maintained (to which benefit every homeowner in this sub-division). It rests in your hands!

Lookin' at that list, that's really something to be proud of, knowing your neighbors are carrying the weight of the communities appearance! Shame on you for not paying $30.00 a year (or $10.00/yr when we didn't need to collect moneys because we had plenty for 3 years). IT'S ABOUT PROPERTY VALUES! Unless you plan on walking away from your loan....YOU SHOULD CARE!!!!!!!!! You, who haven't paid, will be the first to complain about the appearance of our entrances when we're out of money and the entrances are all grown up and ugly. |
