Hello,

Owner of a neighboring duplex has made it a 'fourplex' rental place, which now means 8 cars vying for parking in front of theirs and our home making reverse visibility at times impossible! Does anyone know of  guideline on this situation. If it were an apt. or condo bld, it would be required to have parking incorported. There is off-street (rarely used) parking for 2 cars!

Alternatively....which city dept. can enlighten?! Thanks!

By law there needs to be off street parking also.  Check with city zoning uner seattle govt site.

When I converted my home in Greenwood to a duplex they required on off street parking and then they evaluated the street by pictures that I sent in to show if parking on the street could handle onemore car.  The city requires on spot per household, not two as you have indicated your people have.
