As Parker''s growth continues our Cottonwood community can become an even better place to live through the enforcement of covenants.
Covenants here in Cottonwood have been somewhat forgotten. As a new board member I want to encourage all residents, owners and renter alike, to take pride in their home and yards. If you want further information about covenants or would like to report concerns please send it to my email address.
Covenants are everyones responsiblity and a way to increase the beauty of our neighborhoods, cut down on crime and increase the pleasure of living in Parker.

I received the blue covenants card with my water bill. I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone number listed on the card. The card also indicates that the cottonwood covenants are suppose to be listed on a web page. I have been through every inch of the website, but i can't seem to locate these rules. people can not follow rules that they have never seen.

I would hope people would have better things to do with thier time, other than watching what thier neighbors are doing.
Is it really constitutional to tell homeowners what,when, and how they can live in their own home they worked so hard to get. People are unique and should be able to express themselves where the feel the most comfortable,
their HOME.

It would be nice to have a full copy of the covenants, also. Especially since we have the Town of Parker threatening to lein our house due to items in our backyard that cannot be seen unless you climb a ladder and look over the fence. How are the covenants for CSHA similar to the Town of Parker's?
