Please stop the "name calling". It is very unbecoming and does nothing to help your position.

In answer to your question, as others have already said, I am not aware of any public notice given regarding the legislative hearings. If citizens did not know, how could they attend? If there was a public notice (reasonably available to a normal citizen of the City of Broomfield), please write back and tell me where&when it was published or posted.

The News

Well there was a pretty good article in the Westy Window about the petition. I guess DiCiero and other opponents had until 5 pm last night to file an appeal with the Supreme Court, they did not. To John, Maragart, and Jane, there is a paragraph in there that "states" why we are doing what we are doing. Its not a lot of info. And i think it is great that there are people in Pueblo that are willing to help, awesome!! I'm kinda curious as to why BF didn't file, could it be it was costing to much to continue?? What do you guys think??
