How can we better manage doggy mess pick-up issues?

Im a new resident, with a dog. I have noticed that the grounds seem to be pretty well maintained, so I didnt realize that there was an issue. I do pick up after my dog, the only suggestion I would make to make it a bit easier is to have doggy stations. I appreciate having garbage receptacles in different places but perhaps if there is included a place where you can also get bags to use to pick up, that may be helpful. Just an added convenience to make it a little easier. I get the baggies at the store presently and will continue to do so, perhaps it would be easier for those that dont to have a more convenient way to do so.
