Since when is a 800 square foot house worth 250,000 dollars. Ouch !! I went through this house and thought a quarter of a million would buy more than this. Now I am expecting my tax bill to go through the roof since pricing in Mayfair is also going through the roof. I guess the only way to look at this is equity in the bank if your a home owner and drain the bank if you want to buy a home in our neighborhood.

Look for the 300''s this year and kiss the 200''s goodbye! Its not going to stop until the economy cools off and even then we all have one heck of a lot of EQUITY to use.
